Artsmix are proud partners in The Loft Leeds - Leeds’ most dynamic and flexible event space. Formally known as ‘The Northern Light’ this stunning venue, with three separate rooms and an outdoor courtyard, has recently undergone an extensive facelift and can comfortably accommodate over 1000 people at a standing event and up to 220 for a dinner dance style event. We have also used it for indoor arts and crafts markets, and can accommodate in the region of 60 trading stalls, whilst still leaving space for performance and refreshments areas.

Situated in the heart of the city this 10,000 sq ft stunning New York Loft style building offers a myriad of possibilities for both corporate and private events. From a totally blank canvas to a complete ‘turn key’ package our in house experts are on hand to offer you advice on every aspect of your event.

We are happy to work with any partners who share our aims and values and are always happy to hear ideas and co-host or just assist with organising complimentary events. The Loft Leeds and artsmix have joined forces with many complimentary organizations to bring together our talents and create memorable events. This year our activities have included a charity art auction, in conjunction with Asda, raising well over £1000 for Macmillan Cancer Support and an awareness-raising event with Together 4 Peace, as well as The Loft Leeds playing host to a variety of our own events and markets – including our 2009 Emerging Artists awards.

Arts and Design Market and Creative Business Showcase – 28.02.10

On Sunday the 28th of February (12.00-16.00) we are joining forces with Business Link and Creative Networks and will be putting on a combined ‘Contemporary Arts & Design Market and Creative Business Showcase’.

Hosted in conjunction with Business Link and Creative Networks there will be in the region of 50 stalls many selling the original artwork of some of the best upcoming artists and designers in the region (featuring artists, photographers, jewellers as well as some clothing and furniture renovation). For the first time ever Artsmix will also be extending this opportunity for Creative and Digital businesses to showcase their talent too in what will be part Arts Market and part Creative Business Expo.
So whether you’re looking for some original art, design or some bespoke jewellery, need a new website or video, are thinking of starting your own business or want to give your business a creative edge, there’ll be plenty to interest you at The Artsmix Creative Showcase and Arts Market.
