Bruce Rimell
Bruce is a visual and graphics artist who works with narrative, aerial landscape, visionary and archetypal themes based in the Leeds-Bradford area in a variety of media from gouache and acrylics on canvas, inks & markers on card and digital media.
He is also actively researching DVD Media for use in artistic presentation. He has a number of commissions and public art installations under his belt. An extensive portfolio with commentary is available via his website.
• Recently won Merit Award at Fabric Flesh Open Exhibition at the Yorkshire Craft Centre, Bradford
• Recently commissioned to produce large format aerial landscape triptych for Tiger 11, Beeston, Leeds through ArtsMix
• Late 2008 Exhibition ‘Archetypes & Cycles’ at the CarriageWorks, Leeds
• Dec 2008 Taking part in group exhibition at Holy Trinity Church Leeds through ArtsMix
• Appeared in International Artist Book Freedom & Art and taking part in Group exhibition in Beacon, New York, USA in early 2009
