Pam is a self taught mixed media artist and sells her work in various outlets throughout Yorkshire.

In Pam’s current collection of handmade cards she has been drawn to using luxuriously rich materials such as silk and shola (beaten bark), peacock feathers, vintage Bengali scripts and henna designs.Each found object compliments each other in texture and colour.

In Pam’s jewellery shapes are arranged together to create one complex piece. In her next collection she hopes to combine her Bengali heritage with inspiration taken from western craft and designs. She aims for her pieces to possess a fragility of form whilst at the same time being very wearable and durable.
